This is a series of lessons in mindfulness, and even thought it is titled as "Meditation with John" it isn't so much meditation as it is mindfulness. He talks about how he cannot sit traditional meditation and he teaches methods of mindfulness without needing to traditionally meditate.
This is especially useful for integration after taking a journey and something along these lines is highly recommended.
